Very pleasant restaurant just outside the Ville Basse (Bastide de St Louis) in Carcassonne. The inside is converted stables 18th century stables - with one table in each stall giving semi-privacy. In the summer tables are set outside in the well shaded "park" - half courtyard, half garden.
